The Basic Computer Training Program of APPL Estate staffs has successfully completed on 16th December. A total number of 117 staffs from 25 Estates and 3 PPC of Assam and Dooars participated the program.
On the closing day distributed Certificates to all the Participants.
The inauguration of Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) at APPITI-Rowta has been done on 28th December 2017. Mr. Shyam Sundi, EM-BTC inaugurated the program. Mr. Rakheswar Brahma, Ex-MLA, Majbat LAC, Ms. Budhimaya Devi, Chairman-VCDC-Rowta, Mr.
Ms. Jushi from Sadiya had little idea, when she had enrolled for the Sewing machine operator course at Chabua, that one day she would create a name for herself. After completing the 2month residential Sewing Machine Operator course at GTETS-VTC Chabua, Jushi was offered job placement at Cotton Blossom(India) Pvt.
Daimalu Basumatary of Majbat in Udalguri District has completed training in Wireman Control Panel Course under the SADVABNA the army Project in 2016-17. After completing the certified course he was employed at Western Refrigerator at Gujrat.
Keshab Gogoi is a student of the first CCE batch of VTC Chubwa. After completing the 2month residential CCE training course Keshab was offered job placement at Minacs BPO, Kolkata as Customer Care Executive. His eagerness to learn and hard work, soon earned him a job at Tech Mahindra BPO, Kolkata as a Senior Customer Care Executive.
