Giving New Look to Pre-Primary Classrooms

Guwahati: On 18.03.15 a team comprising of fifteen (15) volunteers, from the Amalgamated Plantations Pvt. Ltd. Guwahati Office went to a government school, Jyotinagar Prathamik Vidyalaya, Govt. LP School, located at Bamunimaidan, Guwahati, where we chose a pre-primary classroom to clean, paint, decorate and make it attractive for the children.

To acknowledge the contribution of the Tea Tribes in Assam, Amalgamated Plantations Pvt. Ltd. Foundation organized the first Sirish Festival. Sirish, a Sanskrit work, which means soul of the body

The Resilient Community Project: Designing a safe and secure future for all.

The cleft surgery camp at RHRC started on January 28th and ended on February 2nd, 2015. The team comprised of 38 members with 23 representatives from Operation Smile, 10 from Referral Hospital & Research Centre (RHRC), Chubwa and 5 student volunteers. Through the course of the camp, 135 patients were screened and 56 surgeries undertaken.
