Ms. Kuheli Sarkar received the award from Guest of Honour Mr. Damiano Francovigh and Mr. Rudra Chatterjee on behalf of APPL foundation team

Indian Chambers of Commerce (ICC) conducted a novel initiative of bringing together Corporates and Non-Government Organizations (NGO) who are committed to create an impact through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes. The Social Impact Awards selected over 40 Corporates and NGO’s to share innovative programmes being implemented in 10 different categories.

Dr. D R Das, Advisor (North East) to Ministry of New and Renewed Energy (MNRE) visited the APPITI, Rowta centre. He congratulated the centre for installing solar structure and utilizing solar power. He toured the centre and interacted with the students wishing them and the centre success in days to come.

On 18th November 2018, a dance troupe from Damdim Tea Estate (Jalpaiguri, West Bengal) performed their traditional Jhumoor in ‘Samvaad’

To strengthen this effort a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between APPL Foundation and Assam Agricultural University (AAU). Henceforth AAU will be our Knowledge Partner for STG trainings
