Belonging from Demaji District of Assam , Utpal has been trained as a Customer Care Excecutive (CCE) from VTC, Chubwa. He started his career post training as Customer care executive in Minacs, Kolkata later sifted to Tech. Mahindra and now is employed as a branch manager in Bercos, Gurgaon
