A caring support at an early age can make lives of children with special needs better. Along with Rehabilitation Centre for Children (RCFC), APPL Foundation held medical camp for early identification of children with orthopedic disability and cerebral palsy at Damdim Tea Estate in Dooars. 20 children with need for treatment were identified at the camps.
