34 years old Debobala Rabha, a progressive young lady of Borgaonpara. Her husband Simanta is also an entrepreneur who basically involves in farming. When Grameen Sahara looked for a women entrepreneur for setting up a Black Pepper Nursery (RMP) under the Small Farm Integration for Sustainable Agriculture and Improved Access to Market implemented by Grameen Sahara with the support of APPLF no women of that village showed their interest to do it. But then Debobala came forward to set up this nursery and with the cooperation of Grameen Sahara she started this initiative not only to enhance her family income but also to establish an example that women have also the ability to do such a work. Debobala has developed a huge number of Black Pepper sapling in her nursery which helps her to improve her status also.
