Visit to Digital Literacy Centre, Lattakoojan Tea Estate by Vice Chairman OF APPL Foundation
The Digital Literacy Centre (DLC) at Lattakoojan was established in partnership with NRL in 2014. Since then the centre which is run in association with IRDIS has trained and created employment opportunities for several youth of the locality.
