BTR Chief’s visit to APPITI, Rowta.

Mr Pramod Boro, CEM-BTR visited APPITI Rowta.

During his visit subject discussed on ongoing training program and future opportunity of opening new trades training i.e Mason, Plumber, Carpenter and others.and upgrade the electrician trade, Infrastructure development i.e. Additional Hostel, Classrooms, Workshops and Guest House etc. 

He will arrange a meeting soon to discuss in detail.

BUILDING PARTNERSHIP WITH BAREFOOT COLLEGE INTERNATIONAL

With the prospect of collaborating in the domain of women empowerment APPL Foundation and APPL is collaborating with Barefoot College International. Representatives from Barefoot visited Hathikuli Tea Estate. They interacted with the workers, mothers and adolescent group members and the community in general to identify areas of intervention. A visit in reciprocation was made by Mr. Deepak Atal, Vice Chairman of APPL Foundation and Mr. Anshu Shukla, Sustainability & Certification Manager of APPL to the work site of the organization at Tilonia, in Rajasthan.
